My name is Eleni – lately, I also go by Meleni. After the twists and turns of life, I met the bees and beekeepers who inspired me. For the past ten years, I’ve been chasing after my bees, through mountains and plains. Their world fascinates me – the more you observe, the more you are amazed: their seamless cooperation, their tireless work, all for one great purpose: togetherness.
By working with the bees, I’ve learned to move with the seasons, to listen to the weather, to recognize animals and plants. I’m enchanted by the wisdom and simplicity of nature’s cycle; the sweetness of life, which the bee follows while dancing, no matter what happens.
My goal is to collaborate harmoniously with my bees, traveling across Greece to produce aromatic honey, colorful pollen, and healing propolis, in one and only way: the natural way.
I feel immense joy when someone visits my apiary for the first time, and I share my passion and knowledge about the bee.
