My deepest care and concern goes to a harmonious collaboration with my bees; together we travel adventurously over the beautiful, sacred mountains and plains of Greece. Once time is ripe, I harvest a naturally flavoured honey, gather the colourful pollen pellets and extract the healing propolis in a uniquely delicate way: the natural way.

Propolis
Propolis is a natural resinous substance collected by bees from tree buds and plants to protect and strengthen their hives. Rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and other beneficial compounds, it has been valued for centuries for its natural protective properties. Propolis tincture is made by extracting pure bee propolis in 96% food-grade alcohol, releasing its naturally occurring bioactive compounds into a concentrated liquid form. Suggested Use: Take 10–20 drops, 1–3 times daily, either directly or diluted in water, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
